How can we help you?
What are your opening hours?
We are open Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, and Saturday 9am - 3pm. We will answer any questions within 24 hours during these times. If you wish to talk over the phone, please contact us with your phone number and we will get in touch during business hours.
Where are you based?
We are based in Chester, United Kingdom. All of our products are made in the North-West of England.
When will my order arrive?
Your Cooshy items start being made once your order is confirmed. We always work very hard to get your order out as soon as possible, and we advise that your items will be with you in 2-4 weeks from ordering... although it is often sooner!
What is your returns policy?
All items are made bespoke to your requirements, this means that items cannot be returned unless there is a product fault. Please email us at info@cooshy.co.uk to discuss any issues you have and we will make sure to help you out.
