• Live Video Design Appointment (Optional): For a more personalised service, we can arrange a live video design appointment. Our experts will guide you through the measuring process, discuss fabric options, and help you visualise the final product.

• Quotation: Once we have your measurements and fabric choices, we will provide you with a quote. Rest assured, we beat any like-for-like made-to-measure quote, giving you the best price possible.

• Production Time: Made-to-measure orders generally take 2-4 weeks to complete. If the fabric you've chosen is temporarily out of stock, we will inform you of the expected delay before you order. 

• We'll ship your made-to-measure items as soon as they're ready. We use trusted couriers to ensure that your order arrives safely and on time.
